Today a tech was scheduled to come to replace a leaking garbage disposal. We liked that prior to service, a text was sent along with the picture of the tech and expected arrival time. He was polite and understanding of the homeowner’s hearing impairment. He also noticed an improperly installed dishwasher hose, pointed out the problem, and quickly corrected it.

I called them they were at our business within an hour. They checked our unit Freon, replaced a capacitor, cleaned the coils, and it was cooling within 1 hour (noticeable difference)! The temperature in our Salon went from 85 degrees to 78 in 2 hours in the hottest part of the day. The two young men were very courteous and professional. I will always call Shawn to have RW Heat n Air to work on any HVAC needs.

So my AC unit had to be replaced. I realized around 1pm that it wasn’t working properly. I called RW and they were at my house by 3, worked with me on the new unit, and explained everything to were I can understand lol but these guys were so nice and courteous. I will definitely be calling them for any future issues. 5 stars for me!!!! My AC unit died last summer and they had me a brand new one within a few hours of my phone call. They worked with me on price and set up payment plan. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT PRICES I also had them come out and clean the ac unit. Mr.Dwayne & Mr.Lee came out and they were so courteous and nice. Had a wonderful experience with them. Hope they are the ones that come back! Will not be using any other company! 5 stars all around from me!

Called them last Friday in need of a tune-up for my air conditioning units. Customer service rep was very nice and promptly booked me for the following Monday at 8am. Monday received a text with my technician's picture and a tracking link to see where he was in transit to my house. When my technician arrived Zavian and his assistant were fantastic. Walked me through what they were doing and kept me updated each time. Finished in an hour and replaced a wire I had faulty on one of my units. R&W is fantastic, their pricing was very affordable as well. I will only use them going forward. I cannot recommend them enough.

Another excellent experience with RW today. James stopped by yesterday to look at our leaky washer and within a few minutes he said he would order the part and it would be ready for pickup tomorrow. He came back today as promised and got the washer fixed as he said. James has done other repairs for us in the past using our home warranty and has been friendly and professional each time. He is very knowledgeable and explains things very well. He is the go-to guy for us. We have always received great service from RW and James. Top-notch every time for us. Thank You!
